Maybe one of these years I will actually plan and prepare to send out Christmas cards… but not this year. :)
We hope everyone has a Wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We hope everyone has a Wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Thanksgiving was WONDERFUL!!
We started our morning off with a race…
B, H, and Steve ran the 10K andI ran the 1K with Eli because I was too cheap to pay for the 5K when it was $5 less than the 10K.
Our race took all of 8 min… Eli ran the last 100ft with me… no one was there to take our picture while running… but here we are after!
H came in about 10-15min before B and Steve but everyone finished!
We ate dinner at the Hintze home then had Pie at the Hale.
Great Day spent outside and with family.
On Sat after Thanksgiving we braved the crowds and went to see the lights and to hear my mom sing in the Tabernacle.
Eli loved it… “Ooo, look at that lights, Mom!”
The following week we went to St. George with Steve on business. The weather was PERFECT!!!
We went to the temple and saw St. George’s “Temple Square” Lights
He pointed out ALL the colors and wanted to touch them all.
Eli loves to get under the Christmas tree when the lights are on and the room is dark and look up.
The room was dark but the pictures I took without the flash didn’t turn out too clear
Eli and I decided to make sugar cookies one afternoon… we were quite the team.
Flour was everywhere…I didn’t take a picture but my belly was covered.
Christmas is just around the corner…Can’t wait!
Thomas the Train and his Train Conductors/Engineers
We had our annual Hale Halloween Party and it was a lot of FUN!
We got invited to go see the Witches at Gardner Village… Eli wasn’t too sure about them though.
We carved a “punkin”…
It was cute, when we first lit the pumpkin, Eli saw the flame and immediately started singing “Happy Birthday”
Eli loves to do “dishes” aka play with water in the sink… So we set up a stool and he does the dishes. I was cleaning the kitchen while he was playing one day, let the room for 30 sec, came back and he was soaking wet…
He was trying to blow bubbles in the water while the faucet was on… Love this little Stinker!
Of course with the first big snow you have to build a snowman.
Finished product…
Eli is now in a BIG BOY BED!!!
We’ve had good nights and bad nights… but he loves it!

I am going to give a Pregnancy “Hallelujah” Testimonial
I have been continuing to run during this pregnancy and it has been great up until about a week ago.
I started having ligament pain halfway through my run and then through most of the day. I researched online about support belts and bought one.
Used it this morning… and IT WAS AWESOME!!! No ligament pain. Yes I still had the urge to pee halfway through but I could have kept running. It felt SO GOOD! Halleujah!
Keep the running coming!
Hope everyone has a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
One morning Eli was not in the mood to play with his toys so thanks to Pinterest we found something to do…
A little shaving cream, food coloring, a paint brush, and a tub…”I’m painting Mom!!” He LOVED it!
It was a little late in the season but I went to a small apple orchard with my sister in law and her kids. They loved walking through the trees, seeing the pumpkins and playing on the playground.
Eli loved this cat
My sister put on a dance for her singles ward and we did a photo booth…
A pretty picture from our roof
Keeping busy while Steve travels can be hard but we found a GREAT activity.
A trip to Jacob Lake near the Grand Canyon
Our cabin… our room was the right window… really small… but LOVED it.
We moved the furniture to make everything fit.
We played at the park, hiked to the Colorado River, saw a Condor, and Horseshoe Bend.
Cathedral Wash hike…
Colorado River
We ate lunch at the Navajo Bridge and saw about 5 California Condor’s
Ugly birds but magnificent… and HUGE!
Horseshoe Bend
Taken after sunset
Riding the tire swing just before we left
Picture with a “tractor”
We had a great time with Hannah…Glad we went!
