Biking Bear Lake

We have had a goal to bike around Bear Lake and on Friday, Aug. 14, 2009 WE DID IT!!! 50.93 miles!! We started at 5:45am and finished at 9:15am. 3 1/2 hours. IT WAS AWESOME!!! We have some friends who were so kind to lend us their road bikes. We averaged a speed of 16.5 mph and didn't really get tired until about the last 15 miles and what really got tired was our bums from sitting on the seats.
